Doug Mamvura
SAVANNA Tobacco has appointed Nick Hales as the company’s global chief executive officer with effect from September 1.
The company has also appointed Doug Mamvura as its chief marketing officer.
Hales is expected to lead the team with specific responsibility for leading the strategic and operation all aspects of the company’s expansion.
Mamvura’s responsibility entails driving the brands across Africa.
“As part of our company’s growth into regional and continental markets, we embarked on an exhaustive recruitment of global skills and capacity to drive our vision on strategic and operational levels,” said the company in a statement on Monday.
